We work with our consumers on all aspects of self‐realization, including physical, intellectual and emotional functioning. Stressing both physical and emotional health, we aid our consumers with functional skill development as well as taking responsibility for daily living activities.

Recognizing that employment is a means to independence, we take an active role in supporting disabled individuals’ ability to work, using coaching programs that focus on vital knowledge such as job skills and on‐the‐job behavior.

The vocational skills training portion of the CLW program is centered on:
