CLW Adult Day Support (ADS) helps people build connections, develop skills, and participate in meaningful activities. Through person-centered support, participants can explore their interests, strengthen independence, build relationships, and become more involved in their communities.

CLW Vocational Habilitation helps people develop skills for greater independence and future employment. Through hands-on learning, skill-building activities, and paid work opportunities, participants can strengthen communication, problem-solving, workplace habits, and other skills based on their goals.

CLW Locations have dedicated nursing support to promote the health and wellness of the people we serve. Our nurses provide medication management, health monitoring, staff training, and clinical guidance, with certified medication delegated supports.
