Enclave Employment Program

The Enclave Employment Program helps individuals with disabilities gain real-world job experience in community settings. Small groups work at local businesses under trained supervision, allowing them to earn income, build practical skills, and grow more independent. Participants work in places like retail stores, warehouses, food service, and manufacturing. The program supports skill development, teamwork, and confidence while offering structured guidance.

How Enclaves Work:

  • Small group (usually 5–6 individuals) are placed at a local business

  • Individuals receive job coaching and supervision from trained staff

  • Participants earn income

  • The model promotes independence, teamwork, and skill development

  • Enclave staff ensure quality work and support

Ideal for individuals who want to explore employment, need support on the job, and are working toward greater independence.
