Full-Time LPN

CLW provides vocational and habitation services to adults with Developmental Disabilities in a workshop setting and has an immediate need for a F/T LPN in our Geneva, OH workshop #2 location for day shift (M-F).

Must have a min. 2 yrs exp working w/ individuals with developmental disabilities, possess a High School Diploma or GED and have a valid Ohio nursing license.

As an LPN, you will be accountable to oversee the daily medical distribution for the workshop, along with various nursing duties and is specifically responsible for the development, implementation, and facilitation of medical care to the clients.

Candidate must pass background checks and a drug screen to obtain employment. Also, a valid drivers license required (meaning no license suspensions w/in the past 5 years and no more than 6 pts.).

Active Treatment Associate

(Direct Care)

CLW provides day habilitation and vocational services to adults with Developmental Disabilities in a workshop setting.

We are looking for highly motivated individuals for full-time day shift positions (Mon-Fri) to assist individuals with developmental disabilities, focusing on quality care and daily activities, day hab and vocational services.  As an Active Treatment Associate, you will be responsible for working with a team to ensure the health & safety of the clients with developmental disabilities.

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • High school diploma/GED required
  • Prior experience working with individuals w/ developmental disabilities (at least 1 yr)

  • Able to pass background requirements
  • Able to pass pre-employment physical and drug testing
