The Administrative Assistant is under the direct supervision of the Director of Office Operations this position provides administrative and secretarial support for the corporate office. In addition to typing, filing and scheduling, performs duties such as Medicaid (DODD, county) billing, coordination of meetings and conferences, obtaining supplies, coordinating direct mailings and direct billing, and working on special projects.  May answer non-routine correspondence and assembles highly confidential and sensitive information. Deals with a diverse group of external callers and visitors as well as internal contacts at all levels of the organization. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize and organize workload.

Job Qualifications:

The Administrator is responsible for the overall daily operations of workshop, including clients and staff.  Successful candidate MUST HAVE A BACHELOR'S DEGREE in Health/Human Services or related field from accredited institution AND at least 2 yrs. exp. in DD, healthcare, social services, or day hab. services. Prior exp. working w/DD individuals in areas of occupational/social skills, developing/executing behavior plans & other programs, dealing appropriately/effectively w/clients & staff, effective communication/comprehension, & relevant management experience is required.

The Job Coach is responsible to evaluate individuals with developmental disabilities, perform job coaching activities per established goals and ensure proper placement in employment in which the individual can be successful in their work. To create a healthy and safe environment for the individuals while assisting in the planning and implementation of programs, providing physical assistance, and working to help the individuals obtain an optimal level of independence. Perform client and employer follow up and follow-along services as necessary for each individual.

**Job Coaching experience and CESP certification are preferred**
