The successful candidate for the Administrator position will have prior management experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and a Bachelor's degree in a related field of study .

CLW opened in 2008 as a new opportunity to provide adult day services, including Day Habilitation and Vocational Services, for adults with developmental disabilities. Overview of Job Duties:

  • Oversee and manage the daily operation of the workshop and staff
  • Ensure a healthy and safe environment for both our clients and staff members
  • Plan and implement programming for the workshop
  • Assist clients with developmental disabilities in attaining the optimal level of independence
  • Manage the administrative aspects of the workshop
  • Ensure legal compliance with DODD regulations, as well as, individual client Individual Service Plans (ISPs)
  • Document and report to the required entities any incidents adversely affecting the health and safety of a client

CLW provides adult day services to individuals with developmental disabilities in a workshop setting. We are seeking a Full Time Nurse Manager to service all CLW locations throughout the state of Ohio.


Monday - Friday > 8AM to 4PM

The Nurse Manager is responsible for all nursing related direction and to ensure that proper nursing care is available and provided to all clients served. The Nurse Manager creates and implements policies and procedures that assist the local LPNs and designated Direct Care Aides to maintain the health and safety of clients and provide medical attention when appropriate. To assist in the planning and implementation of programs, provide physical assistance to clients, and work to help the clients obtain an optimal level of independence.

The successful candidate will display the following qualifications & characteristics:

  • Must possess a valid Registered Nursing license issued by the State of Ohio.
  • Prior experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities (at least 1 year) preferred.
  • Prior experience working in a workshop setting preferred.
  • Prior experience carrying out behavior plans and other programs as written.
  • Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with clients and staff.
  • Effective communication (both written and verbal) and comprehension.
  • Ability to travel throughout Ohio as needed.
  • Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
  • Valid "Train the Trainer" certification.

Active Treatment Associate

(Direct Care)

CLW provides day habilitation and vocational services to adults with Developmental Disabilities in a workshop setting.

We are looking for highly motivated individuals for full-time day shift positions (Mon-Fri) to assist individuals with developmental disabilities, focusing on quality care and daily activities, day hab and vocational services.  As an Active Treatment Associate, you will be responsible for working with a team to ensure the health & safety of the clients with developmental disabilities.
